2022 RACE SERIES!
Please Note that as of this year all riders planning to race at ECA events that are sanctioned by EXCA must have an EXCA membership (Cost is $45 USD). Since all riders will be required to be EXCA members this year there will be no extra cost to submit points for EXCA tracking, however race fees are being increased by $7.50 per division to account for added EXCA administrative fees this year. EXCA memberships can be purchased at https://extremecowboyassociation.com/.
We present our EXCA SANCTIONED RACE
9:00am START ON SUNDAY at the HISTORIC BAR U
Please email ECA at extremecowboyalberta@gmail.ca if you need pens for your horses. Self pens such as panels and electric fencing is permitted. No food truck on site. Last year the cafe was able to do preordered boxed lunches, this needs to be confirmed for this year. More information will be provided when confirmed with Bar U.
Divisions are as follows, and will be run in the following order on race day:
Division Descriptions
- Young Guns
- Intermediate
- Non-Pro
- Youth - minimum age 12-maximum age 17
- Green Horse
- Ride Smart
- Novice
- Beginner Youth
- Pro
Riders can enter in more than one division, and ride more than one horse.
Prices per ride, based on division, are as follows:
- Young Guns/Youth - $47.50
- Novice/Intermediate/Ride Smart/Non-Pro/Pro - $67.50
- Green Horse - $60.00
- Beginner Youth - $40.00
GST is now applicable to all purchases from ECA.
Payouts for each day. All payouts will be by e-transfer.
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 10:00PM ON THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT; LATE ENTRIES WILL REQUIRE ENTRY FEE CASH IN HAND, PLUS A $10 LATE FEE AND 2 DIRECTORS' APPROVAL
